Receipts and reimbursement available through your roadside assistance provider or insurance company. No additional charge for a dead battery, so if we come out for your lockout we can jump your car in addition to unlocking the vehicle for the same price. Many newer vehicles and electric vehicles can have this problem. You may also need a new battery for your key fob. Tesla vehicles can be locked out in rare occasions where we need to connect a booster pack to your 12v system through the port on the front of the car, there is an additional $10 charge for all Tesla model lockouts. (In the rare event that Tesla cannot unlock it through the wireless communication system)
